Your challenges

  • Assess dealer performance, meet and evaluate dealer business activities regularly; look for qualified dealer candiates for future business growth needs;
  • Analyze dealer sales data, work out proper promotion plans according to marketing competition and overall Value Brand strategies;
  • Arrange related products training/meeting for dealers as required; Support all dealer related marketing activies including trade shows and marketing campaignes.
  • Support and guide dealers’ day-to-day business and minimize the dealer internal conflicts;
  • Complete and close all superiser’s assignments in time;

Your expertise

  • University Degree in Biotechnology/Bio-engineer/ or Business Administration related
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and channel sales in MNC;
  • Experiences in industrial life science and medical device are highly preferable;
  • Strong negotiation skill and good in communication
  • Willing to travel
