Your challenges

  • Manage calibration team (technical leadership of the team)
  • Set and communicate clear team goals
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of calibration team
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Develop and monitor calibration process and contiunally improve it
  • Ensure calibration process complies with ISO 8655, ISO 17025 and KOLAS
  • Build and maintain the calibartion teams training level
  • Monitor standards and implement new ISO versions
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Conduct calibrations, inspections and repairs
  • Communicate regulary and closely with all team members and the management
  • Listen to teams members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Check and update checklists and manuals
  • Prepare and conduct trainings and create training records
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Information input to work report, various document preparation duties
  • Information exchange by e-mail etc. with other eppendorf group companies
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Take part in trainings (domestic and oversee)
  • Resolve complaints
  • Hold team meetings

Your expertise

  • Calibration knowledge (ideally according to KOLAS, ISO 17025, ISO 8655)
  • Experience in working with ISO standards
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in process planning and control
  • Laboratory work experience (lab technician)
  • Knowledge of quality control tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or other technical field
  • WORD, Excel, Power Point skills
  • Fluent Korean and good English language skills
