Your challenges

  • Working with the Director of eBusiness to define the best strategy to develop, implement and support both eShop and eProcurement sales
  • Negotiating, implementing and managing direct contracts with accounts within the assigned area
  • Responsible for financial targets and expense budgets for the assigned area
  • Assist in establishing strategic focus of the company by exploring customer segments and customer applications
  • Develop and establish promotional strategies at direct/eProcurement accounts to drive market share gains
  • Manage direct account relationships by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and resolving problems
  • Work with the Commercial Support Units in the new matrix organization to drive cross-functional execution of goals
  • Monitor market and competition and recommend course correction as needed to achieve goals and targets
  • Manage contracts, eProcurement, pricing and RFPs at direct accounts
  • Identify and coordinate eProcurement implementations with internal eBusiness and eCommerce teams
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor success at direct accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior level procurement and operations personnel at direct accounts
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and rebate disbursements
  • Work with Customer Service and Accounts Payable to efficiently and accurately process direct orders
  • Provide analytical analysis for Area Head of Sales and Zone Sales director

Your expertise

  • 7-10 years’ experience within eProcurement, Sales or Marketing role within related industries
  • Good understanding and knowledge of integrated communication channels which include platforms such as web, mobile and social media
  • Experience with business relevant financial, HR and administrative tasks; understanding of key financial data
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s (4 year) degree in Marketing or Public Relations or industry- related field; with 7 to 10 year’s related experience and/or training
