Your challenges

  • You lead the global compliance management team and develop and expand the compliance and post market surveillance expertise within the team.
  • You drive the standardization and harmonization of quality processes related to non-conformances for the entire Eppendorf group to support ongoing compliance improvement.
  • You implement and maintain a structured, transparent and regulatory compliance post market surveillance process to ensure customer satisfaction and to adhere to the regulatory requirements.
  • You are responsible for all aspects of product and process CAPA investigations from issue identification through implementation of the solution and effectiveness monitoring.
  • You are responsible to orchestrate the communication and escalation of critical non-conformances between the technology centers, the commercial units and the management board.
  • You are responsible to ensure compliance to our processes and external regulations by steering the internal and external audit process as well as the review of our quality management system.

Your expertise

  • You have successfully completed your university degree in natural sciences or engineering and have at least 5 years professional experience with quality and compliance assurance in a quality management role.
  • You have experience with quality management within a manufacturing company within the life science or medical device industry (ISO 13485, 9001, etc.)
  • Ideally, you have profound experience in operative quality assurance the production and/or the development of products
  • You are an expert in data analysis and KPI reporting. Thus, LEAN experience would be a plus.
  • You have leadership experience – preferred in a matrix organization.
  • You have sound German and English language skills.
