Your challenges

  • Responsible for OEM Sales Operations Team, including Sales Support Clerks and OEM Business Analyst,
  • Supports customer-facing business operations and maintains a relationship with key OEM customers,
  • Drive for continuous improvement of Customer Experience through leadership, training and process optimization,
  • Advocates for customer centricity. Develop and maintain a strong network within a matrix structure and ensure ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders,
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Sales Operations team which promotes the achievement of OEM Strategic goals and Focus Topics.
