Your challenges

  • Prospect for new clients and opportunities (with new and existing clients) through high volume outbound calling
  • Drive sales of products by focusing either geography that are not covered by sales reps or complementing Sales Rep efforts on targeted customers. The Focus will vary by geography and will be in-line with the defined strategy by the Head of Inside Sales and eBusiness
  • Create more daily touch points with customers to better penetrate underperforming segments and gain access to locked down accounts
  • Follow up with existing customers to increase volumes of low-cost items, and provide improved customer service
  • Responsible for selling ,Starting from Generating Enquiry, Submitting Quote, Follow up, Negotiation, Order Collection, Execution and Payment Collection
  • Leverage use of CRM processes and data available to create repeat purchases, target new and existing customers, and increase sales
  • Generate interest for consumables and sellable service, by articulating competitive differentiators and Eppendorf value proposition
  • Emphasize the eShop is a purchasing channel
  • Refer opportunities to Sales Reps that cannot easily be sold over the phone, or require an in-person visit to close
  • Receive referrals from Sales Reps of customers that have purchased instruments that lend themselves to Consumable sales

Your expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related degree of study from a four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Freshers
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
