Your challenges

  • Use your creativity and project management skills to collaborate with colleagues on creative projects from concept/briefing, creation and delivery of final project
  • Design, or manage the design of, a variety of assets for multiple platforms including, but not limited to digital ads, website, social media, brochures, print and events
  • Understand corporate guidelines (corporate identity) to ensure materials exemplify the look and feel of the Eppendorf brand
  • Produce videos including live and animation
  • Own relationships with freelancer(s) and agencies by delegating and managing projects
  • Manage print house and fulfillment center including facilitating print jobs, overseeing inventory and monitoring the budget
  • Engage with colleagues across departments, domestically and abroad, to
  • Ability to take the opportunity to learn and chip in with other aspects of marketing and the business
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in graphic and digital design including techniques and software

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and Microsoft Office on a PC. Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Vyond a plus
  • Proficient in print and digital production
  • Experience working with explicit brand and style guidelines
  • Skilled in project and budget management
  • Experience analyzing data and developing actions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Innovative thinker keeping up-to-date on design trends
  • Team player with excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive personality
  • Ability to travel, potentially international (~10%)
  • Knowledge of Life Science a plus
