Your challenges

  • Build processes and structure, roll-out and support the on-going execution and enhancement of our key account and contract management program
  • Manage and support all vendor/bidding and insurance registration activities
  • Establish a tender coordination infrastructure program and ensure we can efficiently execute tender submission in country
  • Work within the CRM to ensure all business processes designed for customers are entered and managed within the system to create customer transparency
  • Communicate and engage with all key stakeholder to ensure all departments are aware of processes and procedures
  • Drive the adaptation of our customer feedback survey initiative across all departments
  • Work with sales excellence team members locally, regionally and globally to determine further support structures required to future proof the business for the future
  • Provide an overall exceptional customer experience by creating new tools that allow key stakeholders to gain commercial efficiencies
  • Work on special projects with the Manager of Sales Support and Order Processing in Eppendorf SEA as well as the Head of Sales Support- East Asia Pacific to drive customer centric business processes as well as to gain process efficiencies in the business

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related subject is considered an advantage
  • 1-2 years’ professional experience in the field of commercial development, sales support, sales administration, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM and skills in Word and Excel will be added advantage
