Your challenges

• Preparations of Quotes and documenting the same
• Preparations of Tender quotes in collaboration with the Sales Team and documenting the same
• Attending promptly to the Leads generated through various touch points.
• Liaising with partners with new products update, pricing and other relevant information
• Liaising with partners for follow up on payments, promptly
• Prompt and Efficient Order processing
• General letter preparations for the customers.
• Receiving customer/ partner calls and ensuring the requests are addressed politely and promptly.
• Liaising with the Office Manager to manage the needs, cleanliness and order in the office.
• Vetting the data to be populated into the CRM.
• Experience in handling Logistics and know-how of Customs documentation
• Inventory Management

Your expertise

• 3 to 5years of experience
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge on SAP
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Able to comprehend and respond with clarity and integrity
• Personal values are consistent with Eppendorf’s “Vision and Values”
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Should have a bachelor's degree
• Having a biology/ life science background is an added advantage
