Dialogue and cooperation are key at Eppendorf; to this end, you will be accompanied by a mentor in the first months to guide you in your daily challenges. Your colleagues will also help in work-related and personal matters.
At our introduction day,you can get to know the corporate, cultural and technological world of Eppendorf better. You can also meet colleagues from various locations and build up your personal network. 100 days after your first day, you will be evaluated: How was your start? How well have you integrated yourself into the company? What room is there for improvement? All of these questions and more will be cleared up via dialogue with your respective manager.
At our Hamburg location, space can be made available for the transition period in our company apartments. This also applies to our interns and trainees. At our other locations, Eppendorf can provide new employees with space for the initial phase via cooperation with local accommodation facilities.

External consultants offer trustworthy guidance and support for specialized personnel, managerial staff and other employees in key positions in our coachings. This way, participants can improve their social, managerial and leadership skills and prepare themselves for new assignments.
Open dialogue and the free exchange of ideas are very important to us here at Eppendorf. Personal profiles, which also describe the job requirements, are regularly updated and also evaluated for development potential in annual performance reviews and assessments between employee and company executives. Beyond that, both sides also review the previous year and its individual projects and examine processes and outcomes. Additionally, individual goals for the future are determined and continuously evaluated.
