Your challenges

  • Develop AMS Go-to-Market strategy for Bioprocess sales and service
  • Manage and balance the required resources between Sales, Service, Application Support and Sales Support to maximize revenue and profit
  • Accountable to deliver AMS sales and service revenue targets
  • Drive opportunity and funnel management and provide accurate sales and product forecast
  • Develop and implement effective pricing and discount strategy and policy in AMS
  • Develop and implement channel strategy in AMS including but not limited to dealers and eChannel
  • Develop and implement field service structure and strategy in AMS to maximize service revenue
  • Ensure customer-focused service approach to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coach and develop team members to improve selling and business development skills
  • Maintain a high team morale and motivate teams to drive for high engagement and success
  • Be a role model for Eppendorf’s Vision, Mission, Values and be a driver of positive change
  • Strong interaction and collaboration with other Regional Bioprocess Commercial teams to deliver global Bioprocess goals and drive global Bioprocess initiatives
  • Strong interaction and collaboration with the Bioprocess Business Unit (Portfolio team) to provide market feedback on product innovation and management
  • Strong collaboration with other functions that support Bioprocess business to drive overall regional and global Bioprocess operational excellence

Your expertise

  • **Employment at Eppendorf requires vaccination against Covid-19, or, an approved accommodation due to a qualified exemption**
  • 10-15 years in sales leadership role within the life science industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Bioprocess workflow and applications in biopharmaceutical and Cell & Gene Therapy industry
  • Experienced in business-relevant and manager-level financial
  • Experienced in capital equipment sales, preferably bioreactors
  • Experienced in leading direct sales team and dealer sales
  • Knowledge of the North and South Americas bioprocess market
