Your challenges

  • Continuous development and evolvement of the Bioprocess business strategy
  • Indentify business and operational process gaps and bottlenecks and develop solutions to address root cause to ensure overall process excellence
  • Provide regular updates of market intelligence, competition intelligence and related business analytics to help steer business and strategy decisions
  • Identify M&A or partnership targets to boost the inorganic growth of Bioprocess and responsible for the M&A process of Bioprocess and contact person for all related interfaces
  • Project management for the Bioprocess organization
  • Supporting the development of an end-to-end strategy for Bioprocess as well as the implementation of a program roadmap
  • Development of standards according to which future M&A processes shall be executed within Bioprocess
  • Implementation of KPIs to track process of projects and controlling of the project portfolios (resources, costs, timeliness)
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of status reports for different stakeholders and use, both regularly and upon request
  • Supporting the Bioprocess management team by providing decision papers for further implementation of the strategy

Your expertise

  • Master's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or related fields
  • Relevant years of experience in the PMO field, as project or program manager
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working with and advising senior management teams, representing analysis and recommendations
  • Outstanding and concise verbal and written communication in English
  • Qualification as auditor
  • Accomplished leader and good business partnering skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish good working relationships
