Your challenges

  • Responsible for Bioprocess branding, messaging to market, and overall image of the buisness
  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy: translating the strategy into transactional measures, e.g. product specific value propositions, product positioning across geographies, specifying target customers and personas
  • Responsible for regional marketing strategy and application of global campaigns to suit regional needs
  • Creating the regular Mid Term Plan and annual Marketing plans
  • Responsibility for the global Marketing budget and organizational plans, accountable for P&L targets
  • Definition and implementation of Marketing effectiveness analöysis and action plans in cooperation with all stakeholdersKPIs to track success of marketing activities
  • Oversee sales lead management and CRM business requirement to ensure proper management of sales leads and continuous development of sales opportunity pipelines
  • Establish a culture of high performance and continuous improvement as well as KPIs to measure and monitor success
  • Coordinate planning and oversee execution of all Marketing activities for product specific and cross-product Marketing activities and campaigns
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of all activities and mentor and develop staff, assign accountabilities, set objectives and priorities
  • Oversee development of customer and application specific sales support materials, incl. trainings in all categories, based on global guidelines and content, oversee execution of trainings
  • Event management internally and externally in collaboration with other stakeholders in the Bioprocess organization

Your expertise

  • Master's degree or equivalent in science, ideally with a business degree
  • Relevant years of profound experience in the Marketing department in the Life Science or Medical Device industry
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Good project execution skills and working experience in an international environment
  • Outstanding and concise verbal and written communication in English
  • Qualification as auditor
  • Accomplished leader and good business partnering skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish good working relationships
