Your Tasks

Maintains current costs, list prices, and discount information in SAP. Coordinates pricing to dealers by required deadlines and assists product managers in the pricing of their products

Assists in the annual pricing process.

Routine accuracy checks of costs, discontinued products, commission fields and hierarchy fields in the material master.

Manages ENA Pricing inbox by answering pricing and discount questions with dealers and customers.

Manage and create material master additions and changes in SAP including marketing promotions.

Manage the administration of the contract pricing. This includes the set up of new contracts, maintaining and renewing existing contracts, auditing of reimbursement and analysis of the success of the contract program.

Support Customer Service on pricing discrepancies between SAP and customer PO’s.

Support Fleet and Travel Coordinator as needed and act as a backup.

Ability to create ad hoc excel reports and proficiency in Vlookup’s and pivot tables.

Supports the CFO and Director, Controlling and Business Analytics as directed.

Travel as required.

Your Expertise

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in email and digital marketing

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
