Your Tasks

Oversee strategy and deliver campaigns which drive leads and increase brand awareness for Eppendorf and its product portfolio

Translate the big picture and long-term vision into immediate actionable activities

Deliver campaigns which raise brand awareness, launch products and introduce promotions taking an integrated approach

Collaborate with portfolio owners to develop and fine-tune segmentation, messaging and content which align with campaign goals and objectives in addition to channel best practices

Work with channel owners to determine the best channel strategy incorporating advertising, digital email, PR and events to effectively reach KPIs

Utilize project management skills and work with stakeholders to keep campaign deliverables on time and on budget

Gather and analyze campaign performance to determine success, help set future KPIs and continually optimize messaging and channels

Develop presentations delivering campaign results to stakeholders

Additional marketing responsibilities as needed

Travel domestically and internationally to headquarters in Germany may be needed.

Your Expertise

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in email and digital marketing

Life science industry experience desirable

Skilled in project and budget management

Experience analyzing data and developing actions

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
