- Plan and execute marketing communication initiatives in alignment with the strategic marketing plan to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness
- Become a key user of the Marketo (marketing automation) platform for the execution of digital marketing campaigns including landing page creation, email marketing, lead nurturing and lead scoring
- CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) administration including ensuring data integrity and lead process management. Drive a performance marketing culture including the development of marketing performance dashboards to track campaign metrics and ROI
- Content editing and recreation using Adobe InDesign for localization of brochures and promotional flyers, adhering to corporate identity guidelines and policies
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through social/digital advertising campaigns incl. SEA & Display, SoMe, Naver blog etc in collaboration with the Regional Product Marketing Managers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, e.g. Sales and Service, and provide marketing support including literature and sample distribution and the personalization of flyers and event registrations as needed
- Manage myEppendorf/epPoints and Product Registration customer loyalty initiatives in Korea
- Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets and cost monitoring
- Management and maintenance of the Dealer website for dealer marketing communications: promotions, new products, discontinued items and all marketing related news
- Manage the local Eppendorf website and marketing collateral to ensure localisation and correctness of content
- Assist other activities and ad-hoc projects as required
Your expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, e.g. Marcom
- Graphic design experience utilizing Adobe creative suite
- Digital marketing experience including performance reporting
- Marketing Automation and CRM administration experience
- Life science industry experience in an international context would be highly regarded
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Able to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Excellent facilitation and creative problem-solving skill
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Business level English)
