Your challenges

Commercial Insights (35%)

  • Works with the Global OEM Commercial team to determine relevant criteria to support market research initiatives
  • Utilizes current, and seeks new, sources and tools to search, mine, analyze, visualize, and store market, and scientific, data in order to provide quantitative and qualitative insights on targeted market segments including key customers and their requirements
  • Develops key relationships within the Global OEM team, and cross-functional stakeholders, to create synergies
  • Gathers market and competitive intelligence to enable decisions made by the OEM team
  • Creates processes, surveys, reports and dashboards
  • Supports Global OEM leadership team in strategic planning activities
  • Occasional business trips to participates to trade shows, or off-site business meetings, up to 15% of the time

Business Cases (35%)

  • Integrate Commercial Insights to develop business cases aimed at: 1) identifying and developing new OEM customer accounts, and; B) expanding partnerships with existing strategic OEM customers
  • Support Global OEM Commercial team in the development of account plans
  • Develops and optimizes business case models and processes

Sales Analytics (30%)

  • Proactively asses the opportunity to optimize, or develop, new processes, reports and dashboards designed to provide insights on sales pipeline, sales activities and sales results
  • Works closely with the OEM SS&OP and Commercial teams in the development of sales forecasts and sales report (including. sales pipeline, sales activity and sales reports)
  • Monitors CRM and to ensure data integrity
  • Performs other duties and complete additional projects as assigned

Your expertise

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis
  • Good understanding of life science research and clinical diagnostics market
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from complex market and scientific data.
  • Analytical with high level of attention to details
  • Self-started, well organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues in a matrix organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 suite and MS Dynamics CRM
  • Familiarity with mainstream information sources, web applications and data visualization tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
