Your challenges

  • Lead the Regional Market Realization Team in East Asia, Pacific.
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel communications and digital marketing strategies that support business objectives, maximise brand awareness and drive customer engagement including SEA/SEM & Display and Social Media
  • Implement marketing planning processes and coordinate resources to drive output and efficiencies across the region
  • Implement a performance marketing culture including performance dashboards for campaign metrics and ROI
  • Administration of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms including lead management and scoring, campaign management and landing page creation in collaboration with regional marketing managers
  • Content creation (graphic design, digital and print), adhering to the corporate identity guidelines and policies
  • Provide marketing support to internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Service), including the localisation of marketing materials and sales enablement tools
  • Management of myEppendorf, epPoints and Product Registration customer loyalty initiatives in SEA
  • Assist in the preparation and management of marketing calendars, budgets and cost monitoring
  • Design and manage promotional materials such as giveaways and conference displays
  • Establish strong relationships across functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment of marketing campaigns and market requirements
  • Be a key contributor to the Operational Marketing team (Global/Regional) and support the realization of the annual marketing plan

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, e.g. Marcom Team Lead
  • Graphic design proficiency - Adobe creative suite
  • Digital marketing experience including performance measurement
  • Marketing Automation and CRM administration experience
  • Life science industry experience in an international context
