Your challenges

  • Collaborate with the Regional and Global marketing teams to develop multi-channel communication strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and raise brand awareness
  • Email marketing execution, landing page creation and website maintenance
  • Plan, execute and analyse social/online advertising campaigns for lead generation including SEA/SEM & Display in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Managers
  • Content creation/graphic design (digital and print) adhering to the corporate identity guidelines and policies
  • Provide marketing support to internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Service), including the localisation of brochures, customised eDMs, event invitations, literature and sample distribution
  • CRM and Marketing Automation administration including ensuring data integrity, lead process management and campaign management
  • Drive a performance marketing culture including the development of marketing performance dashboards to track campaign metrics and ROI
  • Manage myEppendorf/epPoints and Product Registration customer loyalty initiatives in ANZ
  • Design and manage promotional materials such as giveaways and conference displays
  • Support the facilitation of conferences and events
  • Support our “customer centric” approach by ensuring each customer touchpoint delivers the best customer experience possible as well as consistently representing the brand
  • Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets and cost monitoring

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, e.g. Marcom
  • Graphic design proficiency - Adobe creative suite
  • Digital marketing experience including performance measurement
  • Marketing Automation and CRM administration experience
  • Life science industry experience in an international context
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Able to multi-task with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent facilitation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Business level English)
