Your challenges

  • Support our key account and contract management program in country
  • Manage and support all vendor/bidding/vendor registration activities
  • Coordinate tender creation and submission by liaising with all stakeholders
  • Assist with the management of our customer feedback processes
  • Support the roll-out and on-going execution and enhancement of our key account and contract management program in market
  • Manage and support all vendor/bidding and vendor registration activities
  • Manage a tender coordination infrastructure program and ensure we can efficiently execute tender submission in country
  • Work within the CRM to ensure all business processes designed for customers are entered and managed within the system to create customer transparency
  • Communicate and engage with all key stakeholder to ensure all departments are aware of processes and procedures
  • Drive the adaptation of our customer feedback survey initiative across all departments
  • Work with Sales Excellence team members locally, regionally, and globally to determine further support structures required to future proof the business
  • Provide an overall exceptional customer experience for both internal and external customers
  • Work on special projects with the Manager of Sales Excellence and the Senior Sales Development Specialist aimed to develop the business as required

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, or related subject is considered an advantage
  • 1-2 years’ professional experience in the field of commercial development, sales support, sales administration, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of CRM
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong Skills in Word and Excel
  • Customer Focused attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team Player
