Eppendorf and Science invite young neuroscientists worldwide to apply for the 2026 Eppendorf & Science Prize for Neurobiology, celebrating 25 years of honoring outstanding experimental research with a US$25,000 award.

Since 1995, the Eppendorf Award for Young European Investigators has honored outstanding contributions to biomedical research. Scientists up to 35 years old can apply online from October 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026.

Neurologist Varun Venkataramani, this year’s Eppendorf Award winner, shares how his research is uncovering the hidden links between aggressive tumors and the nervous system.
