Senior Service Engineer

Your challenges

• Handling installation, service & repair of centrifuges, deep freezers, CO2 incubators & shakers, PCR machines.
• Performing calibration and IQOQ of Equipments.
• Systematic execution and timely completion of the tasks.
• Meets the productivity and throughput as per standard Norms.
• Must have dedication in work/punctuality/reporting activity.
• Willingness to travel Across Western India and other territories if needed.
• Keeping the customer satisfaction at high level.

Your expertise

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in instrument service & field engineer.
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in B.E (Electronics and Communication Engineering / Instrumentation / Bio Medical or equivalent)
• Key understanding of customer applications and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Inform the Customers on Action Planning & Sharing Certificates.
• Professional experience in MS office tools is desired.
