Your challenges

Support regional sales activities including order management as well as sales-related support

Support sales activities for Tenders in collaboration with the Sales Zone Director, Account Managers and the Service Manager

Proceeding the sales orders from the receipt to the invoicing

Analyses of tender specifications including crucial delivery conditions, legal basis, contract details and technical specification

Hunting on the platforms proactively the tenders publication (public and aggregator)

Full tender documentation and enclosures preparation

Electronic tender management on virtual platforms e.g. upload offers with enclosures, consistent point of contact for customers, submit required certificates and documents

Follow up on tender status, changes in deadlines and technical specifications

Constant cooperation with Account Managers and Tender Offices such as private companies, government, and academia

Apply independently corrections to ready-made CRM offers prepared by Account Managers

Documentation management - current and archived tenders

Edit supplementary documents for tenders such as explanations, additions, delivery notes, catalog cards and marketing material

Verify contract templates and final versions

Prepare and deliver contracts for signature and realization

Prepare analytical market reports and/or competition observations, based on available tender information/results

Ensure the update of the Administrative documents of the company required in the tenders

Support Sales on preparing complex quotes

Complaint Management : report in the CRM any issue in opening a case as SSOP relevant topic (logistic, product, deliveries) related to the tenders or not exclusively

Customer data management : Execute the tasks assigned to the SSOP activities in the CRM

Ensure order fulfilment by liaising with central or local warehouses

Ensure timely delivery of product and documentation including import/ export requirements (where applicable)

Liaise with sales reps and end-users in relation to order information (including order tracking)

Share orders with finance for payment fulfilment

Manage order-related complaints

Your expertise

You provide significant experience in the field of sales support, order management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

You provide significant experience with order processing, CRM, and quotation solutions

Life science industry experience is considered an advantage

You provide good knowledge of SAP

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics or related subject is considered an advantage

You have very good verbal and written communication skills in English

You provide significant experience in project management
