We want to get to know you as a person in our interviews, which usually take from one to one and a half hours. You could inform yourself about Eppendorf as a company and an employer, for example. The interview gives you the opportunity to present your strengths and talents in a favourable light, but also for you to gather further information about the position. We will be happy to tell you all you need to know and more about the training and about Eppendorf as a company.
Technical and business training usually starts in August. Occasionally, some positions start in February. Please refer to the advertisement for details.

The trainee program always starts each year in April and October.
You will be assigned to a fixed department where you will mainly be employed. In addition, you will work in at least two other related departments and also be given the opportunity to spend several months at one of our Eppendorf locations worldwide.
