Your challenges

  • This position is responsible for managing a team of local Sales Support Specialists, Order Processing Specialists and Master Data/Reporting Specialists in Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. The focus will be to ensure a best-in-class customer journey through sales/service/logistics support and order processing.
  • Develop and execute a customer-centric support strategy that covers sales support, order processing, supply chain, service support, master data, and reporting
  • Work with key stakeholders locally and within the region to deliver a best-in-class customer journey
  • Execute process improvement initiatives across functions and departments
  • Lead and develop a team to provide a first-class journey for all customers in relation to first level support, telephone and email sales and service enquires, case management, supply chain, and order processing
  • Lead and develop a team to provide support to internal customers (Sales, Service and Operational Marketing) by taking responsibility for a variety of designated tasks aimed to support our customers
  • Develop the Sales Support, Master Data and Order Processing team members to meet company and personal objectives by setting goals and managing performance
  • Manage and report on day-to-day operations within the region to ensure all relevant activities are carried out
  • Report on customer experience statistics and performance
  • Manage the requirements for master data across our ERP and CRM systems
  • Support and develop case/complaint management in the business
  • Support the development of our supply chain and local inventory through the management and achievement of company objectives
  • Manage local Warehousing Operations including but not limited to transportation
  • Engage and develop all 3rd party supplier relationships to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure the company’s quality and regulatory requirements in the supply chain are met
  • Strive for Operational Excellence by initiating continued process improvements across the business and provide measurable outcomes

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related subject is considered an advantage
  • 7-8 years’ professional experience in the field of sales support, order management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
  • Experience with order processing, SAP, CRM, and quotation solutions
  • Experience in order processing for tender
  • Experience in project management
  • Customer Focused attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team Player
