- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing sales activities, progress against goals, and potential risks.
- Focus on recurring revenue customer targets, generating interest for increased sales with consumables, software, subscription renewals, accessories, spare parts, and sellable service.
- Utilize CRM tool to input and maintain accurate customer data through ongoing opportunity management and forecast information.
- Actively follow-up on and process sales leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and other sources, capturing the updates within the CRM.
- Refer opportunities to field sales representatives that cannot easily be continued over the phone or require an in-person visit to close.
- BioBlu demand management (a)Track Ebeam customer (b) Support sales team to convert customer to Supply Agreement (c) Estimate customer demand for BioBlu vs 2024 (d) dialogue with customers on request as needed
- Service recurrring revenue management (a) track opportunities for selling recuring service contracts
- Work in a team selling environment through collaboration with field sales representatives, eBusiness partners, channel partners, and key account managers to meet product line goals.
- Lead and manage sales demo inventory if necessary.
- Limited travel as needed (such as regional sales meetings, tradeshows, etc.).
Your expertise
- Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional experience in MS office tools is desired (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
