Your challenges

  • Prospect for new clients and opportunities (with new and existing clients) through high volume outbound calling/connectivity with clients
  • Drive sales of products by focusing either on rural geographies (C/D/E customers) or complement Sales Rep efforts on low value customers in urban geographies. Focus will vary by geography and will be in-line with the defined strategy by the Head of Inside Sales
  • Create more daily touch points with customers to better penetrate under-performing segments and gain access to secure accounts
  • Follow up with existing customers to increase volumes of low-cost items, and provide improved customer service
  • Leverage use of CRM processes and data available to create repeat purchases, target new and existing customers, and increase sales
  • Generate interest for consumables and sellable service, by articulating competitive differentiators and Eppendorf value proposition
  • Emphasize the eShop as a purchasing channel
  • Refer opportunities to Sales Reps that cannot easily be sold over the phone, or require an in-person visit to close
  • Receive referrals from Sales Reps of customers that have purchased instruments that lend themselves to Consumable sales
  • Travel to training programs and Annual Regional Sales Meeting

Your expertise

  • Associates Degree/Bachelor’s or equivalent of education and experience ok
  • Degree in Life Sciences or related subject is considered an advantage
